What SchematicForge collects, why, how long it is kept, and who it is shared with. Short version: no tracking ads, no selling data, no AI training on your files. Public pages use cookie-less Plausible.

Who we are
SchematicForge (schematicforge.com) is operated by SSDevProject, Casablanca, Morocco. Contact schematicforge@gmail.com. This policy describes how the application handles personal data.
What we collect
Account data: the email address you register with and a salted hash of your password. Project data: the IO lists, loop and signal records, and generated artifacts you create in the application. Anonymous preview data: an uploaded file and its parse metadata, kept until claimed at signup; they are not auto-deleted. Technical logs: server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention. Public-site analytics: page path and referrer on marketing pages only, via Plausible (no cookies, no advertising identifiers). App and auth routes are not sent.
Why we collect it
To provide the service: process imports, run assignments, generate workbooks and drawings, and store projects between sessions. To keep the service secure: prevent abuse, detect errors, and maintain an audit log. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not use it to train any model.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a short period after deletion to honour legal obligations. Project data is kept until you delete it or your account is closed. Anonymous preview uploads are kept until claimed at signup; they are not auto-deleted.
Who we share it with
Only with sub-processors needed to run the service, listed at /sub-processors. We do not sell personal data. We share data with authorities only when required by law. Plausible receives hashed IP for unique-visitor counts on public pages; it does not set a cookie and we do not use the data for ads.
Your rights
You can export or delete your projects from within the application at any time. You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us; we respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
