Loop Register

The live register — not a dead PDF dump of the same spreadsheet.
Export a protected Excel Loop Register, edit tags and assignments in Excel, and re-import with a diff. The register, the drawings, and the schedules stay one dataset.
Round-trip Excel
The workbook the app exports is the workbook it re-imports. UUID matching keeps loops stable when you rename a tag or add a signal.
Delta, not redraw
Only changed loops regenerate. A delta report lists what to re-issue so the package matches the register you just edited.
Same source as drawings
Loop diagrams and cable schedules render from the same records as the register. They cannot drift apart unless you change the data.
Two sheets, locked identity columns
Loops and Signals are protected. UUIDs, drawing number, and validation stay locked so a round-trip does not invent new rows. Design columns (descriptor, JB, terminals, card) are editable in Excel.
Re-import is hostile input
Formulas are never executed. Schema version is checked. Duplicate UUIDs must be resolved. The diff shows added, removed, and changed loops before you apply.
Rev B without another pack
Only changed loops regenerate. If the loop count stays inside the purchased band, Rev B is $0. If the list grows past the band you pay the difference to the next band, not a second full pack.
